FEES:
The credit card is charged at the time of booking. The rate is per person round trip.
WAIT TIME:
The driver will wait for 5 minutes after scheduled pick up time, after that he leaves the location.
CANCELATION POLICY:
All reservations cancelled more than 72 hours in advance from scheduled
pickup time will receive a full refund. All reservations cancelled for any reason less than 72 hours in advance from scheduled
pickup time will not receive a refund and will be charged the full rate.
NO SHOWS:
If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location and there was
no any contact with our Customer Service you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full rate with no refund.
Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the van caused during the duration of the transfer by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat damage. Sanitation fee is 300.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client). Smoking is not permitted in our vans. The company is not responsible for delays or the termination of the trip caused by unsafe road conditions, closed roads or construction delays (ie. not snow-packed, accidents, etc.). The company is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
